All subscriptions are discounted at 20-25% off the original price, and are billed monthly from your credit card. To ensure you never miss a day, we will send you 2 month’s worth of your subscribed product in each delivery – but you will still only be billed for 1 product per month. Birch + Fog will cover the shipping for your subscription products, and will send you a reminder 3 days prior to when your next subscriptions ship to add additional products from our catalogue to your order, saving you potential shipping costs.
All subscriptions will continue until canceled. If the product you have chosen is not what you expected, you can cancel at any time. By providing your payment method information and clicking the order button as your electronic signature, you accept a continuous subscription and your initial subscription will be continuous until canceled.
You may cancel your monthly subscription with us at any time after the introductory period of 2 months. In order to cancel your subscription, you must email us at: email@example.com and we will do it for you.
Cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours prior to the billing date of the subscription renewal, which can be found by logging into your account. If you cancel after the subscription renewal date your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Canceling your subscription does not provide you with a refund on any previous orders.
Each subscription is subject to automatic renewal each month. By purchasing a Birch + Fog subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring monthly payment charge at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation."
How To Request a Return

Items purchased from Birch + Fog are eligible for a refund as Store Credit only once the product is deemed defective by our Experience Team.
All products are eligible for the Return Process for up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order and will be confirmed by your tracking number. We do require details and photo(s)/video(s) of the product in question. Store Credit will be issued once verified as a manufacturer defect and may be required to be returned to us at our cost. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse are not covered by our Return Policy.
If you are missing an item from your order, and to ensure a smooth process, please provide details of the item in question along with an image of the packing slip. We require the packing slip from your order to validate what was sent in your parcel. Any incorrectly sent products must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging. Our team will provide a return label for any product that is required to be shipped back to our depot.
Mistakes happen! If you have incorrectly ordered a product we can proceed with a refund as Store Credit as long as the product is UNUSED, UNOPENED, and in original packaging. You will need to send the product back to our depot at your own shipping cost. Once the product is received and reviewed, we will proceed with the refund as Store Credit. Returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for a refund as Store Credit at the discretion of Birch+Fog. We can ship the product back to you at your own cost.
If you are experiencing any issues with the Vessel Pen, please contact email@example.com for further assistance. Vessel Brand Inc. warrants the Vessel Pen (not its accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product. The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.
