Suggested Use for this product is as follows:

Tolerance may vary. It is recommended to eat 1/2 a piece to start and wait up to 2 hours to feel its effects before consuming more. The experience can last several hours. Base consumption on your personal tolerance and experience.

How To Request a Return

We want you to be happy! Please check out our product descriptions and reviews from previous foggers prior to ordering. Feel free to connect with our Experience Concierge to assist you in product selection if you are unsure about your purchase.

  • Refunds/Exchanges

    Items purchased from Birch + Fog are eligible for a refund as Store Credit only once the product is deemed defective by our Experience Team.

  • Defective/Damaged Products

    All products are eligible for the Return Process for up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order and will be confirmed by your tracking number. We do require details and photo(s)/video(s) of the product in question. Store Credit will be issued once verified as a manufacturer defect and may be required to be returned to us at our cost. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse are not covered by our Return Policy.

  • Missing and/or Wrong Product Sent

    If you are missing an item from your order, and to ensure a smooth process, please provide details of the item in question along with an image of the packing slip. We require the packing slip from your order to validate what was sent in your parcel. Any incorrectly sent products must be returned unused, unopened and in original packaging. Our team will provide a return label for any product that is required to be shipped back to our depot.

  • Wrong Product Ordered

    Mistakes happen! If you have incorrectly ordered a product we can proceed with a refund as Store Credit as long as the product is UNUSED, UNOPENED, and in original packaging. You will need to send the product back to our depot at your own shipping cost. Once the product is received and reviewed, we will proceed with the refund as Store Credit. Returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for a refund as Store Credit at the discretion of Birch+Fog. We can ship the product back to you at your own cost. 

  • Vessel Pens

    If you are experiencing any issues with the Vessel Pen, please contact warranty@vesselbrand.com for further assistance. Vessel Brand Inc. warrants the Vessel Pen (not its accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.  If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product. The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.
